Relocation Travel

In addition to providing Temporary Duty travel, our office is a Relocation Resource Center and we provide end-to-end relocation services, for both domestic and international, to 29 Federal customers.  We deliver an effective and efficient relocation solution and take advantage of cost sharing. We strive to ensure our customers have a pleasant experience during what can be a very stressful time for the employee and their family.

Each relocating employee is assigned a relocation coordinator.  We provide one stop shopping.  Our coordinators counsel the employee from the beginning of the relocation and walk them through each step of the entire process.  Each agency has a customized web page with fill able forms and other information, such as links to the FTR, GSA Moving Guide and more, to assist the employees.  We manage the entire process including setting up household goods vendors, temporary storage, guaranteed home sales program, processing of all vouchers, and reporting of Federal and State payroll taxes.  Our customers also have the option of us submitting their payments for them.  Our relocation coordinators are experts in the FTR, JFTR, DSSR, FAM, and specific legislation.

We have a very low turnover which means a higher level of service and expertise for our customers.   To improve efficiency and payment timeliness, we implemented moveLINQ, a relocation tool which is integrated with our core financial system.  This allows for payment within a few days after approval.

Our contingency servers are located off-site and the database is replicated on a real time basis.
